Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all use of the Arts in Crisis website, in addition to The Kennedy Center's standard Terms and Conditions (http://www.kennedy-center.org/legal/copyright.html). By registering for and participating in Arts in Crisis in any capacity, either as a requesting organization or as a mentor, you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Privacy and Confidentiality.
In accordance with its global privacy policy (http://www.kennedy-center.org/legal/privacy.html), The Kennedy Center shall make all reasonable efforts to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants in Arts in Crisis, but The Kennedy Center makes no representations and warranties regarding the confidentiality of information or its transmission to third parties, including mentors from other arts organizations.
Nature of Advice and Relationship of Parties.
No advice provided by The Kennedy Center or any mentoring individual or organization should be taken as legal or financial advice. No aspect of Arts in Crisis shall serve to create a partnership, employee-employer, consultant/contractor or any other legal or fiduciary relationship between The Kennedy Center and any participating organization or individual. The Kennedy Center is under no obligation to provide any information or advice or to provide any organization with a mentor from within The Kennedy Center or any third party participant.
Payment for Services.
Under no circumstances shall any participant in Arts in Crisis offer or accept financial compensation or any form of in-kind goods or services in exchange for participating in the Arts in Crisis program.
Representations and Warranties; Indemnity.
The Kennedy Center makes no representations and warranties regarding the utility and availability of the Arts in Crisis website, the availability of The Kennedy Center or third party mentors to address any issue, or the quality and applicability of the information displayed, disclosed or otherwise communicated as part of the Arts in Crisis program. All use of the Arts in Crisis website and participation in the program is at your own risk and The Kennedy Center assumes no liability for your reliance on any advice or information exchanged in connection with Arts in Crisis. By participating in Arts in Crisis, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kennedy Center, all Kennedy Center staff and trustees with whom you interact and all third party mentors with whom you interact as part of the Arts in Crisis program.
Mentors.
By agreeing to become a mentor as part of Arts in Crisis you and your organization agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to indemnify The Kennedy Center against any and all activities you undertake in connection with Arts in Crisis.
